According to the OT Framework, page 32, "Activities... of everyday life, named, organized, and given value and meaning to individuals and a culture.  Occupation is everything people do to occupy their themselves, including looking after themselves, .. enjoying life,.. and contributing to social and economic fabric of their communities."
